Building Engineer
This individual performs technical and mechanical functions for the purpose of operating the property in a manner consistent with maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness, and service to the building and its tenants.
Tenant Services Coordinator
This is an entry level position in property management, coordinating with customers and engineering team in managing work orders. The ideal candidate must be team-oriented, a proactive problem solver, and enjoy working with people. Success in this role will come from proficient task management and strong initiative. The candidate possesses common sense and can convey a sense of authority while being a mindful listener with strong communication skills.
