Jim Baker is the president of The Lundy Group, Inc. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Engineering and later from its Darden Graduate School of Business. After working for Trammel Crow Company, Jim moved to the Triangle area where he founded WestChase Development corporation and its parent company, The Lundy Group, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage, management, and development company licensed in five states (VA, NC, SC, GA, TN).
