Early in its existence Lundy instituted a system of goals and management by goal achievement. Consistent with this management philosophy is constant support of individuals within the organization working towards overall success.
The team approach to success is evident in the organization by the horizontal nature of the organization. An example would be that Lundy has chosen not to assign titles or to carry titles on business cards so that any individual would feel comfortable supporting and assisting any other individual. Jim Baker

Jim Baker is the president of The Lundy Group, Inc. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Engineering and later from its Darden Graduate School of Business. After working for Trammel Crow Company, Jim moved to the Triangle area where he founded WestChase Development corporation and its parent company, The Lundy Group, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage, management, and development company licensed in five states (VA, NC, SC, GA, TN). |

Foy Barksdale

Foy Barksdale heads the accounting and financial reporting group. Foy is a North Carolina CPA candidate and has a degree in Accounting from Meredith College. Foy joined Lundy in 1998 with experience in accounting and tax transactions. Foy works closely with Property Management in analyzing a new tenant’s credit worthiness and also in developing and administering the property budgets. Foy’s department is responsible for the monthly reporting to the property owners and often works closely with the owners to analyze financial and tax opportunities. |

Karen Senchak possesses more than ten years of commercial real estate experience within the leasing and investor acquisition fields. Additionally, she has over 14 years of skills in financial accounting, property management (multi-family), residential real estate, commercial construction and project management and marketing. She is a Business graduate of The State University of New York, College at Buffalo. Karen handles the leasing of five shopping centers in Fayetteville, Sanford, and Chapel Hill and specializes in office space in Cary. |

Gabe Guillois joined The Lundy Group, Inc. after receiving his MBA from the Darden Graduate Business School at the University of Virginia. He works with Jim Baker in areas including new business development, acquisitions, and leasing. Gabe is actively pursuing his CFA designation. Gabe earned a BS in Finance from Lehigh University and enjoys a good round of golf. |

Chanel McIntyre has a driven interest in general brokerage and development activities supporting small, medium and enterprise businesses. Her interest and pursuit of commercial real estate was initiated while witnessing a rehabilitation of a marina in Little River, SC. Chanel comes to Lundy with five years of diverse marketing and sales experience. She graduated from NCSU, earning a double BS in Chemistry and Food Science. Chanel maintains a keen interest in grape, wine, and beer production with goals of eventually opening a winery or brewery. |

Stephanie McMahan graduated from North Carolina State University with an English degree and joined the company in 2001. She has wide-ranging responsibilities, which include creating marketing pieces to maintaining the web site to various aspects of both physical and financial property management. Stephanie is the main contact for tenants' property management needs and is also responsible for setting up the majority of the vendor contracts. |

Jamie Baker joined the Lundy Group as a Project Manager for new development. Jamie graduated from Vanderbilt University with degrees in Systems Engineering and Human Resource Management. He brings a range of mechanical and practical experience to the position. Jamie is President of Lundy Charters (www.lundycharters.com). During its off season, he works with The Lundy Group.

David Holliday
Maintenance Engineer
David Holliday is an integral part of the Lundy team. As the primary maintenance engineer, he travels to the properties on a regular basis to do walk-throughs and check in with the tenants about their property management needs. He oversees major repairs like replacing HVAC rooftop units and works closely with facility directors to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the building. |
