Peace & West

A five parcel development extending North from the corner of Peace & West Street.  This project began with the restoration of the "Lighting Building" at 500 W Peace Street which was completed in May 2016.  Phase II construction on the adjacent warehouses at 707 N West Street, began in July 2016.  Upon completion the buildings will have been transformed into three creative office spaces.  Click here for more information and pictures of the finished product.
