The Park at Lake Boone

This project consists of two office buildings totaling 50,000 SF. 4516 Lake Boone will be the headquarters for the NC Board of Nursing. 4600 Lake Boone will be anchored by Capitol Ear Nose & Throat and is the future home of The Lundy Group. Grading has begun and occupancy is expected in the spring of 2010.

Castalia at Meadowmont
Chapel Hill, NC
A three-story, mixed-use office and residential project located on a prominent site just off NC 54 at W. Barbee Chapel Road in Meadowmont. The building opened in January with 50,000 of commercial office space and nine residential condominium units. As of July 2009, seven of the nine units are sold or under contract, and only 6,350 SF of office space is available. The project features state-of-the-art finishes and appearances.
