Spring Branch is a 50-acre planned development adjacent to the new Johnston Memorial Hospital. It will have up to 150,000 square feet of retail and commercial and pads for five medical and office buildings. The first building will consist of approximately 36,000 SF of medical and office space. Space in this building will be both for lease and for sale, thus serving the need for owner-occupied office space in the vicinity of the new hospital.

Spring Branch Medical is scheduled to be the first building to be constructed.
