This project consists of two residential towers above 40,000 square feet of commerical space with two levels of underground parking. Greenbridge is a LEED Gold Standard of design and efficiency featuring 98 residential units ranging from 700 to 4,000 square feet. Lundy is assisting the owners as the developer of this urban infill project.
Greenbridge is one of a kind. It’s located in the heart of Chapel Hill — the college town named “Most Livable City in America,” by the national mayors conference in May, 2009. It stands ALONE in North Carolina, named one of the 2008 ten most sustainable developments in America by Natural Home Magazine. A model for conscious living in the 21st Century, Greenbridge reaches skyward from the highest point in Chapel Hill, producing sunlit bathed views in residences that use 50% less energy than adjacent structures.
