<p>Lowes Foods will re-open two new stores as Just $ave Foods in Roxboro and Thomasville this week. Both stores have closed their doors as Lowes Foods this week and will reopen as Just $ave on September 30th. Grand opening activities will be held on October 5th with live radio remotes, product sampling and prize giveaways. The new format is based on extensive customer research that shows that customers are looking for more ways to save money, save time and support their communities.</p>
<p>The stores will offer many great ways to save including a “Dollar Spot” aisle, wall of values and bins of savings. One of the most popular Just$ave programs is the meat department’s “Pick 5 for $19.99” offering. The store brand products such as Lowes Foods, Better Valu and Top Care will still be available. Just $ave will also feature a number of Blue Ribbon products which are the best of the best in each department, including fried chicken, sweet tea, apple pie, pound cake, fresh ground sausage and more. These ready-made products will help customers save time in the kitchen. Many products available in the store will be sourced locally, allowing a lower cost of distribution and fresher products for the customer while supporting other North Carolina based businesses.</p>

<p>Just$ave has partnered with WilcoHess to offer Fuel Rewards so customers can earn $0.05 off per gallon of gas for every $100 they spend in groceries.</p>
<p>On top of all of the great ways to save, Just$ave will offer hometown customer service, and the same familiar faces will be there to serve customers. The new customer service center will be centrally located between the registers in order to make checkout faster and more convenient. The company will continue to play an active role in the community and focus on programs that help feed the hungry and educate our youth.</p>

<p>On May 18, 2011, Lowes Foods will open a new store brand in Graham called Just$ave. This is the second Just$ave store to open and will be replacing the Lowes Foods in Graham which will be closing on May 17th. Grand opening activities will begin on May 18th with food sampling, live radio remotes by 93.1 The Wolf and prize giveaways. The new format is based on extensive customer research. It is clear that customers are looking for more ways to save money, save time and support their communities.</p>
<p>The store will offer many great ways to save including a “Dollar Spot” aisle, wall of values and bins of savings. The store brand products such as Lowes Foods, Better Valu and Top Care will still be available. Just$ave will also feature a number of Blue Ribbon products which are the best of the best in each department, including fried chicken, sweet tea, apple pie, pound cake, fresh ground sausage and more. These ready-made products will help customers save time in the kitchen. Many products available in the store will be sourced locally, allowing a lower cost of distribution and fresher products for the customer.</p>
<p>Just$ave will offer hometown customer service, and the same familiar faces will be there to serve you. The speed of checkout and the convenience of our customer service center are very important to our employees. The customer service center will be centrally located between the registers in order to better serve our customers. The company will continue to play an active role in the community and focus on programs that help feed the hungry and educate our youth.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lundy Group began managing the Rex Healthcare building on March 1st, it is a 63,000 square-foot ambulatory healthcare center in Knightdale.  This premier medical facility serves the high-growth Knightdale and eastern Wake County community. The new medical campus will be located at the corner of Insterstate 540 and Highway 64, close to many fast-growing neighborhoods and high-traffic retailers.</p>
<p>Rex has leased approximately 32,000 square-feet of the building’s space from NexCore Group, a real estate company that creates comprehensive healthcare real estate solutions with its hospital and healthcare system partners across the U.S. There are plans in the works to expand this facility this summer.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lundy Group is excited to welcome NCI, (<a title="NCI Inc" href="http://www.nciinc.com" target="_blank">www.nciinc.com</a>) as the newest tenant at Festival Park Plaza!  NCI is an IT services provider that supports the Federal Government and DoD.  NCI has contracted with Fort Bragg to provide IT service support and expertise for the Fort Bragg Data Centers Infrastructure task order.   NCI will specifically be employed under the Total Engineering Integrated Services (TEIS) contract which provides data network and storage infrastructure to support the new Installation Processing Node (IPN) and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) facilities at Fort Bragg.  The IPN will house data centers for FORSCOM, U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC), and the Fort Bragg Director of Infrastructure Management (DOIM).  The DRC will provide disaster recovery systems in support of FORSCOM and USARC systems.   NCI, is headquartered in Reston, VA and is publicly traded under NASDAQ:NCIT.</p>
