Lundy completed the development of the NC Board of Nursing’s new 30,000 sf building located at 4516 Lake Boone Trail with their occupancy April 25th. Please see the slide show for pictures.

Spring Branch Medical is intended to be a 36,000 SF medical office building as part of the Spring Branch Retail & office Park. The intent of the development is to serve the desire for helath care providers to be located adjacent to the new Johnston Memorial Hospital.
