Castalia is a three story mixed use luxury project in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. It has residential luxury units on its top floor and high end office tenants on the two floors below. Built in 2008 it features stunning architecture adjacent to the common green for the Meadowmont development. The site overlooks NC 54 which is the main entrance from I-40 into Chapel Hill. It is across from the Friday Center and other very active University of North Carolina facilities. Designed by Joddy Peer of Jenkins Peer Architects, the curves and angles are intended to capture the rolling topography of the land.
The project has two floors of commercial office space featuring outstanding financial services tenants ranging from Morgan Creek Capital to UBS and Stifel Nicolaus along with other tenants. The residences range from 2,000 square feet to 7,000 square feet and feature secure under-building parking.
