Chanel McIntyre has a driven interest in general brokerage and development activities supporting small, medium and enterprise businesses. Her interest and pursuit of commercial real estate was initiated while witnessing the rehabilitation of a marina in Little River, SC. Chanel comes to Lundy with five years of diverse marketing and sales experience. She graduated from NCSU, earning a double BS in Chemistry and Food Science. Chanel maintains a keen interest in grape, wine, and beer production with goals of eventually opening a winery or brewery.
