Chanel McIntyre has a driven interest in general brokerage and development activities supporting small, medium and enterprise businesses. Her interest and pursuit of commercial real estate was initiated while witnessing the rehabilitation of a marina in Little River, SC. Chanel comes to Lundy with five years of diverse marketing and sales experience. She graduated from NCSU, earning a double BS in Chemistry and Food Science. Chanel maintains a keen interest in grape, wine, and beer production with goals of eventually opening a winery or brewery. Recently married, she is transitioning with hr husband’s posting to the Pentagon to do new business under Lundy’s Virginia license as well as maintain existing relationships in North Carolina.
