Additionally, she has over 14 years of skills in financial accounting, property management (multi-family), residential real estate, commercial construction and project management and marketing. She is a Business graduate of The State University of New York, College at Buffalo. Karen handles the leasing of five shopping centers in Fayetteville, Sanford, and Chapel Hill and specializes in office space in Cary. |

He works with Jim Baker in areas including new business development, acquisitions, and leasing. Gabe is actively pursuing his CFA designation. Gabe earned a BS in Finance from Lehigh University and enjoys a good round of golf. |

Chanel McIntyre Broker Chanel McIntyre has a driven interest in general brokerage and development activities supporting small, medium and enterprise businesses. Her interest and pursuit of commercial real estate was initiated while witnessing a rehabilitation of a marina in Little River, SC. Chanel comes to Lundy with five years of diverse marketing and sales experience. She graduated from NCSU, earning a double BS in Chemistry and Food Science. Chanel maintains a keen interest in grape, wine, and beer production with goals of eventually opening a winery or brewery.
