The Jupiter Harbour Building is a 12,000± square foot  medical / professional office building located along U.S.  Highway One in Jupiter, Florida. The building is recognized as the premier office location in the East Jupiter market. Its offices provide excellent views of both the Intracoastal Waterway and the historic Jupiter Lighthouse.
Stanmore purchased the land in 2007. We believe that waterfront land with medical zoning is always a good investment as premium users will pay a premium for unique locations. The permits were obtained within four months which demonstrates Stanmore’s ability to navigate municipal approval process even in challenging markets such as Jupiter. Grace Construction Management (West Palm Beach, Florida) served as the general contractor for the shell. Innovation Builder (Jupiter, Florida) completed the upfitting. The first tenants took occupancy in 2009. While the building has medical zoning, the current tenants are professional users. The Jupiter Harbour Building is currently home to Stanmore Development, Couture Lifestyles (custom home builder), EG Designs LLC (naval architecture firm) and Jupiter Executive Suites.
