This 8,200-SF building is a medical office condominium project in the Wakefield development. The project currently houses a dentist, orthodontist, and a chiropractor. It was developed in the earliest stages of the Wakefield community. |

The Liggett Project ~ Durham
|
This project involved the renovation of historical tobacco buildings and manufacturing warehouses in downtown Durham. There were seven buildings, some as old as 100, totaling almost 810,000 SF.The Lundy Group was hired by Liggett to assist in the design of the buildings for residential and commercial re-use. The project involved obtaining municipal approvals, permitting, historic tax credit approval on the federal and state level, exploring a public/private parking deck, and HUD financing. After completion of this work, the project was sold as a package. |

NorthChase Executive Center Raleigh

This project consisted of two office buildings totaling 180,000 SF built speculatively. They were fully leased within one year of opening. This was Jim Baker’s first project as a general partner in the Triangle. Jim sold his ownership to invest in WestChase Executive Center. |

Lundy developed this mixed medical and office condominium, three-building project. One building was developed and sold to Beavers Family Dentistry. Another was sold to multiple office users. The third building is owned and occupied, in part, by Children’s Dentistry of Apex. These buildings were also developed as part of a larger park that shares roads, bioremediation, and other aspects with adjacent commercial users. |

UNC Hospitals – Home Health Building Chapel Hill

38,500-SF, two-story office building initially developed to house the Home Health Agency of Chapel Hill. This agency and the building were sold to UNC Hospitals a number of years after development. Lundy continues to manage this property for UNC Hospitals.

UNC Wellness Center Chapel Hill
|
The Wellness Center is a UNC Hospitals satellite facility located in Meadowmont Village. This 52,000-SF facility serves as a general fitness and wellness center for the community with a heated indoor pool, substantial fitness equipment, and an indoor running track. The Wellness Center with its associated medical and classroom facilities also acts as an outpatient and rehabilitation center for UNC Hospitals.
Lundy was brought in to provide physical property management with a dedicated maintenance engineer for this property. Lundy was able to prove it could manage this satellite building at a lower cost and with better response time than if the building was managed by the hospital’s maintenance staff. Medical facility management has been a growth area for Lundy. |

WestChase Executive Center Raleigh

Three office buildings totaling 310,000 SF that were developed speculatively between 1985 and 1988. All three buildings were fully leased within on year of opening. The project was owned by the establishing partnership until 1999 when it was sold. Thsi project featured cutting edge architecture and a parking deck for WestChase Three. |

Vineyard Estates Charlottesville, VA

The Lundy Group, Inc. was the initial developer of this residential project near Charlottesville, Virginia, which is in Albemarle County. Lundy is very pleased to have been a part of this exciting project and while we are no longer involved, we are proud to have gotten it off the ground by creating marketing materials including a DVD about the project as well as a book and other printed materials.
