Started in 1986, Lundy is a small company specializing in high value commercial, mixed use and in-fill real estate development leasing and management. With over $100 million in completed development in 2009-2010 and $21 million planned for 2011, the individuals at Lundy are focused on achieving the project’s success. The talented individuals at Lundy have direct hands-on experience in leasing, managing, financing, developing, purchasing, owning and selling all types of commercial real estate.

Lundy has under management just over one million square feet of both owned and third-party projects. About 60% of new development is commercial or office, 20% is mixed-use or residential combinations, and the remaining 20% is new land and park projects.

The company and/or its principals are licensed brokers in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. Lundy completed its strategic partnership with Stanmore Development in West Palm Beach, Florida, with the sale of its interest in the two medical office buildings. Lundy is actively seeking new projects in emerging markets as well as infill opportunities.

The Lundy Group, with over 600 leases in 10 years for clients ranging from Texas to New York, provides full service general brokerage for tenants and clients. Lundy offers analysis of space needs and location requirements and can negotiate the best possible lease terms and conditions.
