Walter Reed Professional Building

Walter Reed is intended to be a medical and professional office building of approximately 10,000 gross square feet.   The intent of the development is to serve the growing trend for owner-occupied office space in the Fayetteville market, especially for the medical community.

We have signed reservation agreements for 7,000 SF of the building, and there is much interest in the remaining 3,000 SF.  Each tenant will have a private entrance and building signage, and there will be an opportunity for up to three tenant names on the monument sign.

The Walter Reed Professional Building is located within close proximity to the Cape Fear Medical Center and is just a few blocks from the All American Expressway.

We expect to break ground on November 14th with delivery in April of 2009.
