Site The site is comprised of three parcels totaling 3.33 acres with access from Tryon Road using Kumar Court, and from Jones Franklin Road via Swift Side Drive. The site is "L" shaped with frontage on Jones Franklin Road and wrapping around to the Animal Hospital on the other end of the "L."

Swift Side is a 31,000± square-foot development consisting of two single-story office condominium buildings constructed near the corner of Jones Franklin Road and Tryon Road. The intent of the development is to serve the growing trend for owner-occupied office space in this market.
