The Lundy Group is very excited about the progress on its newest project, The Park at Lake Boone. This project consists of two office buildings totaling 50,000 SF. 4516 Lake Boone will be the headquarters for the NC Board of Nursing. 4600 Lake Boone will be anchored by Capitol Ear Nose & Throat and is the future home of The Lundy Group.

Both buildings have been topped out and the 4516 building has begun to be to frame and begin the interior upfit. We are excited to report that both projects are moving ahead on schedule.
